Roles

  • Owner — created or inherited the team; can transfer ownership
  • Captain — runs the team in competition, including check-in and lineup decisions
  • Player — active roster member
  • Reserve — on the roster but not in the starting lineup
  • Coach and Manager — support roles without playing
Roles carry different permissions, so a reserve and an owner do not have the same control over the roster or the team wallet.

Roster management

  • Add and remove members, and set each member’s role
  • Approve requests to join
  • Run one team across multiple game titles
Rosters matter at check-in, not just at registration. When a team checks in, the captain marks who is playing and who is a reserve for that event.

Player How-To

  • Create a team, or join one from an invite
  • Accept your role and set up your profile within the roster
  • Check the event’s eligibility requirements before registering — every player in the lineup needs their own linked game account
  • Confirm participation at check-in

Admin Capabilities

  • Define the available roles and their permissions
  • Approve roster changes and confirm eligibility
  • Enforce naming and branding guidelines, and resolve name conflicts
