How money arrives
Prize money from an event goes to whoever entered — a player wallet for solo entries, a team wallet for team entries. It reaches the organisation when it is moved there, not automatically. See Wallets for the full flow. The organisation view then shows prize allocations across every team beneath it, which is what makes it useful: one place to see what the whole organisation has earned rather than opening each team in turn. What you can do
- Review prize allocations across all teams in the organisation
- Approve payouts to members
- Make internal transfers, where your role permits it
- Open the wallet overview and its full transaction history
- Download statements for accounting
Who can move money
Only members whose role carries finance permissions. This is deliberately separate from roster permissions — someone can run a team without being able to move a cent, and vice versa. See Roles & Permissions.Every movement of money is recorded in the organisation’s activity log, with who did it and when. If a payout is disputed later, that log is the record — which is the main reason to keep finance permissions narrow.
