Reliable under load

Tournament traffic is spiky. Registration windows, check-in windows, and match start times concentrate a large share of a day’s activity into a few minutes, and the platform is built for that shape of load rather than a steady average.
  • Capacity scales with demand, so check-in and registration rushes stay responsive
  • Live features reconnect on their own after a dropped connection, so a brief network blip does not cost you your place in a match
  • Large events are supported without degrading the experience for events running alongside them

If something does go wrong

  • Match state, results, and wallet balances are stored durably — a disconnect does not lose a submitted result
  • Admins can adjust schedules, results, and participation at any point during an event, so genuine technical problems can be resolved rather than simply forfeited
  • Raise a problem through the event chat or your support channel while the event is still running, where an admin can act on it
