How wallets work
There are three levels of wallet, and they are kept separate:- Player wallet — your own winnings and balance
- Team wallet — prize money won by a team, distributed by whoever holds the permission
- Organisation wallet — funds held at organisation level across its teams
Where prize money goes
Which wallet a prize lands in depends on how you entered, not on who played: A team win does not split automatically. The full prize lands in the team wallet and someone with finance permission distributes it — so agree the split before you enter, not after you win.Player How-To
- Open your wallet — click the coin icon in the top right bar
- Open a team wallet — go to the team page and select Wallet; funds are distributed to members from here
- Open an organisation wallet — go to the organisation page and select Wallet
- Deposit — choose from the payment methods available on your deployment and verify the linked account if asked
- Transfer — move funds internally where your role permits it
- Withdraw — pay out to your bank or payment provider
- Download receipts — from your transaction history
Available deposit and withdrawal methods vary by deployment and region. You may be asked to verify your identity before a withdrawal is released.
Currency
Prize money is held in the currency configured for the event. Deployments may also run a separate virtual currency for cosmetic purchases — on this platform it is called , and it is spent in the Shop rather than withdrawn.Admin Capabilities
