You can enter an event on your own or with a team. You manage your own registration throughout, and admins can step in if something goes wrong.
Registering and checking in are two separate steps. Events are capped by check-ins, not registrations — if you register but never check in, you lose your place and cannot play.

The full flow

  1. Register for the event, solo or with a team
  2. Meet the eligibility requirements
  3. Wait for check-in to open, then check in
  4. Wait for your match time to be announced
  5. Join the lobby and play
  6. Submit your result
  7. Wait for verification, then prize distribution
Steps 1 to 3 are covered below. From step 4 on, see Matches.

Registering solo

  • Open the event and click Join Event, then choose Solo
  • Add or update your linked game account if prompted
  • Click Sign me up!

Registering with a team

  • Open the event and click Join Event, then choose Team
  • Select one of your existing teams, or create a new one on the spot with Create A Team
  • Click Register Team
Every player in the lineup needs to meet the eligibility requirements individually — one unlinked account can block the whole team.

Eligibility requirements

Events check eligibility at registration. Depending on the event you may need:
  • A linked game account for that title — required by most events
  • A verified contact number
  • Age verification, where the event is restricted
  • Region verification, where the event is limited to certain territories
If the event needs a game account you have not linked yet, you are prompted to connect it before your registration can complete.
Link your game accounts before an event opens rather than while trying to join one. A missing link is the most common reason registration fails. See Linked Game Accounts.

Checking in

Check-in opens shortly before the event starts — usually around 45 minutes before the first stage, though this is set per event. Click Go to Check-in from the event page banner.

Solo

Click Check-in. That is the whole step.

Team

  • Select your registered team
  • Set each player’s status
  • Click Check-in
The lineup you set here is the lineup for the event, so confirm availability with your players before the window closes.

If registration fails

See Troubleshooting — it covers blocked registrations, missing account links, and closed or full events.

Admin Capabilities

  • Set registration open and close times, and when check-in opens
  • Define which eligibility checks apply to the event
  • Add or remove participants and check-ins at any point
