# Team Operations

> Day-to-day coordination, scheduling, and preparation for teams.

## Day to day

* **Scheduling** — manage match times and player availability. In Round Robin, Swiss, and Battlegrounds stages your team proposes and accepts match times directly with opponents ([more](/events/matches))
* **Performance** — review past results and stats to plan practice and lineups
* **Communication** — coordinate through team chat, and reach organisers through event chat while an event is live
* **Money** — distribute prize money from the team wallet to members

## Player How-To

* Set your availability so the captain can confirm a lineup
* Review recent results and adjust practice
* Send funds to team members from the team wallet ([more](/finance/wallets))
* Raise scheduling or eligibility problems in the event chat, while an admin can still act on them

<Warning>
  Match deadlines are enforced automatically. If your team does not respond to a proposed schedule within the stage deadline, the opponent can be awarded the win. If no result is submitted by the deadline, players who never readied up are forfeited.

## Admin Capabilities

* Assist with ownership transfers and role assignments
* Resolve scheduling conflicts and eligibility issues
* Send updates to captains and managers
