# Organisation Roles & Permissions

> Role hierarchy and permissions for secure organisation management.

Build your organisation the way you want: create teams, invite and remove members, assign roles, and track significant changes in the activity log so it is always clear who is responsible for what.

## Permissions

Roles are assigned per member and control what that person can do. Permissions covering money are separate from permissions covering rosters, so someone can run a roster without being able to move funds.

## Activity logs

Significant actions are recorded — membership changes, role and permission changes, ownership transfers, and movements of money. This means a disputed change can be traced rather than argued about.

## Player How-To

* Create an organisation, or join one from an invitation
* Create teams within the organisation
* Assign roles to members and set their permissions
* Review the activity log periodically, especially after ownership or permission changes

* Configure the role templates and permission sets available
* Moderate membership changes and ownership transfers
