## How the platform is built

* **Cloud-hosted, API-first** — the same interfaces power the web experience and any connected service, so new surfaces can be added without rebuilding the core
* **Real-time by default** — brackets, scores, match state, chat, and notifications update live rather than on refresh
* **Purpose-built data model** — designed around tournament structures, stages, and long-running competitive history, so results and standings stay accurate across complex multi-stage events
* **Modular features** — capabilities such as events, teams, wallets, rewards, and messaging are separable, so a deployment only runs what it needs

## What this means for players

Standings, brackets, and match state you see are current. When an admin changes a schedule or verifies a result, it reaches you without you needing to reload or refresh.
