# {productName} Platform Documentation

A tournament platform for running competitive gaming end to end: players register, teams and organisations coordinate, brackets and matches generate and advance automatically, and prize money is distributed to wallets once results are verified.

## Choose your path

* **New here?** Start with the [Quick Start guide](/quick-start)
* **Stuck on something specific?** Each feature page has a **Player How-To** section with the exact steps
* **Running events?** Each feature page has an **Admin Capabilities** section covering what organisers control

## Sections

* [User Onboarding](/user-onboarding/registration-process) — create an account and sign in
* [Events](/events/overview) — formats, registration, stages, matches, Battlegrounds, and chat
* [Troubleshooting](/events/troubleshooting) — what to do when something goes wrong during an event
* [Players](/players/profiles) — your profile and record, customisation, linked game accounts, notifications
* [Teams](/teams/overview) — rosters, roles, and day-to-day coordination
* [Organisations](/organisations/overview) — multi-team management and finance
* [Finance](/finance/wallets) — wallets, prize pools, and reporting
* [Engagement](/engagement/overview) — prize draws and the shop
* [For Operators](/operators/monetisation) — monetisation capabilities for those licensing the platform
* [Infrastructure](/infrastructure/overview) — how the platform is built and secured

<Note>
  Not every feature described here is enabled on every deployment. The platform is white-labelled, so an operator chooses which capabilities to run, what to name them, and which regions and payment methods to support.
